We were traveling with our four-month-old baby, and I reached out to the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was superb. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about providing the best experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, making this the most kid-friendly and guest-friendly hotel we’ve ever visited. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice, I forgot his name, but he was really hospitable and excellent customer service. He even gave us the lists of restaurants and places to go to. My family loved it. The location was perfect, we felt safe, and it was quiet and close to restaurants. We only stayed one night but it was an outstanding experienced.

The staff at the Holiday Inn in Atascedero CA were wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. The complimentary breakfast was very good and hot and the hotel was clean!

We didn’t have breakfast. It was quiet, close to family, clean, had all necessities. Check in and check out staff was very nice. Customer service seemed to be their priority.

Our room was perfect for our group! It’s functionality worked perfectly well for us as well. Having the coat hanger in the center with a bench and storage for luggage was really well thought out. Having two televisions with kids was a life saver 😅

Breakfast good. Location on other side of freeway was just okay. Nice restaurant next door and Starbucks. For some reason TV remote would only work if you were right in front of the TV. Might want to check it out.

The pool isn't too deep so it's great for kids. The hotel is clean and easy to get to because it's next to the freeway.

Friensly staff. Clean, quiet facility. Loved all the amenities in the bathroom. The free breakfast was really very tasty.

The property was very well kept, I often saw people cleaning the property or restocking the coffee and water. This is the cleanest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Also, the desk workers were very personable and made me feel very welcome there.
